Prepare the Baking Dish: Lightly coat an 8-inch or 9-inch square baking dish with nonstick cooking spray to prevent the rolls from sticking.
Arrange the Bread Dough: Evenly space the frozen bread dough in the prepared baking dish, ensuring they are spread out evenly.
Cover and Defrost: Spray a piece of plastic wrap with nonstick cooking spray and use it to cover the rolls in the baking dish. Allow the rolls to defrost on the counter, covered, for 2 to 3 hours. During this time, the rolls will thaw and rise, doubling in size.
Preheat the Oven: Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
Bake the Rolls: Remove the plastic wrap from the baking dish and place it in the preheated oven. Bake the rolls for approximately 15-20 minutes or until they achieve a golden brown color and are cooked through.
Prepare the Garlic Butter: While the rolls are baking, melt the butter in a small saucepan over low heat. Once melted, add the minced garlic and cook for 2 to 3 minutes, stirring constantly to prevent burning.
Brush with Garlic Butter: After baking, take the baking dish out of the oven and transfer it to a cooling rack. Using a pastry brush, generously apply the melted garlic butter sauce over the tops of the freshly baked rolls.
Garnish and Serve: Sprinkle chopped parsley and grated Parmesan cheese over the garlic butter rolls. Serve the rolls warm.
