This Philadelphia no-bake strawberry cheesecake is simple to prepare. It has an amazing delicious blend of sweet and tangy. It also makes it an ideal dessert for gatherings, celebrations, or a sweet ending to any meal.
In a mixing bowl, add the cream cheese, whipped cream, and sugar to a large mixing bowl. Whip mixture until light and fluffy. Prepare the gelatin following package instructions, cooling it and then adding it to the batter. Use a hand mixer to mix until incorporated.
Pour the mixture over the prepared graham cracker crust. Refrigerate for at least 2-4 hours. To serve, place whole or diced strawberries on top or strawberry syrup.
Notes
Store pie in the refrigerator for several days. Pie can be made a day ahead of time if desired. To substitute: For a vegan/dairy free version use dairy free cream cheese and dairy free heavy whipping cream. You will also want to make sure you use a vegan friendly gelatin. For a gluten free version, use a gluten free graham cracker crust.
