    This delicious Philadelphia No-Bake Strawberry Cheesecake is a wonderful treat that is a nice velvety texture of cheesecake with the tangy sweetness of strawberries.

    Sweet and tangy, this Philadelphia no-bake cheesecake is bursting with fresh strawberry flavor

    While this might be though of as being a summer recipe, but it's actually the perfect recipe for anytime of year!

    This was inspired by my easy no bake cheesecake, and there is even a delicious copycat Cheesecake Factory Oreo cheesecake recipe.

    There are just a few ingredients needed to make this recipe. For this recipe you will need:

    Substitutions

    This recipe is a simple one to make for different dietary needs, intolerances and preferences.

    • Gluten free: To make this a gluten free recipe, use a gluten free graham cracker crust.
    • Dairy free: To make this cheesecake dairy free, use dairy free cream cheese and dairy free heavy whipping cream.
    • Vegan: In addition to using dairy free cream cheese and dairy free heavy whipping cream, you will also want to use vegan strawberry gelatin.

    Variations

    This Philadelphia no-bake strawberry cheesecake is simple to prepare. It has an amazing delicious blend of sweet and tangy. It also makes it an ideal dessert for gatherings, celebrations, or a sweet ending to any meal.

    Equipment

    Ingredients
      

    • 1 cup powdered sugar
    • 3 packages Philadelphia cream cheese 8 oz each
    • 1 cup whipped cream
    • 1 ½ cup of strawberries
    • 1 package strawberry flavored gelatin

    Instructions
     

    • In a mixing bowl, add the cream cheese, whipped cream, and sugar to a large mixing bowl. Whip mixture until light and fluffy. Prepare the gelatin following package instructions, cooling it and then adding it to the batter. Use a hand mixer to mix until incorporated.
    • Pour the mixture over the prepared graham cracker crust. Refrigerate for at least 2-4 hours. To serve, place whole or diced strawberries on top or strawberry syrup.

    Notes

    Store pie in the refrigerator for several days. 
    Pie can be made a day ahead of time if desired. 
    To substitute: For a vegan/dairy free version use dairy free cream cheese and dairy free heavy whipping cream. You will also want to make sure you use a vegan friendly gelatin.
