    Ingredients

You need just a few ingredients to make your eggs:

Two brown eggs, a pile of orange paprika powder, and a mix of black salt and pepper on a wooden cutting board against a marble background, preparing to make scrambled eggs.
    • Eggs
    • Paprika
    • Salt and pepper

    Instructions

Let's get started making your eggs!

A single raw egg is cracked into a small white bowl, showing the yolk and white.
    1. Step 1: Preheat your pan on the stove. Lightly grease with non stick spray, oil or butter.

    1. Step 4: Stir eggs to scramble. Cook eggs until done, then serve.

    Substitutions

These eggs are naturally dairy free and gluten free. You can use egg whites in place of the eggs if desired.

    Variations

    Here are some great variations:

    • Anti inflammatory: Substitute the paprika for tumeric. Tumeric has natural anti-inflammatory components.
    • Low fat: For a lower fat version, use egg whites in place of the eggs.

    Equipment

You will need a pan for cooking your eggs.

    Storage

Scrambled eggs are best fresh, but you can store leftovers in an airtight container in the fridge for up to 2 days. Reheat on low heat for the best texture.

    FAQ

How do I make my scrambled eggs extra fluffy?

For fluffier eggs, whisk in a tablespoon of milk or water before cooking. Also, cook on low heat and stir gently.

    Can I add other ingredients?

Absolutely! Try adding cheese, herbs, cooked veggies, or even a dash of hot sauce for extra flavor.

What’s the best pan to use?

A non-stick skillet works best for preventing eggs from sticking and making cleanup easy.
