½ cupchocolate squares or chipscan subsitute dairy free
4largemarshmallowsjumbo or peeps
bunny grahams or melted chocolate for garnish
Instructions
Prepare the Filling: Wash and chop the fruits, melt the chocolate, or mix cream cheese with sugar, depending on your chosen filling. Ensure all ingredients are prepped and ready before assembling.
Assemble the Rolls: Lay a spring roll wrapper flat on a clean surface.
Place your filling in the center of the wrapper.
Fold the edges of the wrapper over the filling and roll it tightly.
Seal the edges using a dab of water or egg wash.
Cook the Rolls:
For Frying: Heat oil in a pan over medium heat. Fry the rolls, turning occasionally, until they are golden brown.
For Baking: Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C). Arrange the rolls on a parchment-lined baking sheet and bake for 12–15 minutes, flipping them halfway through.
Finish and Serve:
Add your favorite toppings such as powdered sugar, a drizzle of melted chocolate, or a scoop of ice cream for an indulgent touch.
