I love to throw a little something sweet into my kids lunches. My kids love to see the other kids reactions when they bring a fun lunch to school. It’s like those old Snack Pack commercials where all the kids get jealous and excited because they see their classmate with a Snack Pack.

I love baking with pumpkin, and you will love this mini donut recipe that combines canned pumpkin (or fresh pureed too–yum!) with a sweet glaze. My favorite part is the delicious ribbon of spice filling each donut. I promise these donuts are easy to make and even better to eat! Which I can personally verify because I’ve had like six of them while writing this recipe out. The great thing about these donuts is they’re baked, so they are better for you. If you want, you can make them even healthier by not doing the glaze. But that would be like taking out the filling of an Oreo. So my suggestion, enjoy a bunch of these with a nice big glass of milk!
