    Finding Neon Party Food

Neon food is a little harder to find. We had no problem finding glow in the dark party favors or neon party favors. But finding easy neon party food ideas? Much harder! First we had to have something simple and easy, second I wanted something fun the kids could all do and decorate in those weird moments before everyone shows up at the party and lastly I wanted it to be something that they would enjoy and actually eat!

    Neon Cupcakes

We bought some cupcakes, cut out some white fondant circles and then gave the kids at the party some neon food color pens so they could decorate their cupcakes. One girl had a gluten and dairy allergy so I brought her some cupcakes from our local allergy bakery but you could easily substitute cupcakes for donuts too!

Neon food coloring adds something special to these monster cookies! You don't even need to use the monster eyes if you don't want to. Everyone will love the neon color and you will love that they are so easy to make! You can also make these gluten free by using a gluten free sugar cookie mix and dairy free by using dairy free cream cheese.
