Instructions
Simply put all of your ingredients into an airtight plastic container or mason jar, seal and shake up the ingredients. It will store for a month or two if sealed properly.
Cooking Instructions
Mix 1 ½ cup mix with 1 cup water, milk or non dairy milk until smooth. Depending on the flour and protein you use you may need to add some more water or milk a tablespoon at a time to reach the desired consistency you need.
