    Keto Self Rising Flour Recipe

    Use this keto self rising flour recipe (self raising or self rising?) flour for biscuits, cakes, and more! Simply substitute in any recipe calling for self rising flour!

    What is It?

    Self rising flour contains a leavening agent--often baking powder and salt in addition to the flour in a recipe. Do not use self rising flour in a recipe unless it specifically calls for it for best results.

    • Doughs like pizza, cinnamon rolls, etc.

    What Type of Keto Flour is Best to Use?

    We highly recommend using a keto bread flour. We used and loved Scotty's Keto Bread Flour in this recipe. It worked amazingly well! We know that new products are always coming out though so if you find something that works well please tell us! We also recommend staying away from a heavier flour like almond or coconut.

    Keto Self Rising Flour Recipe

    A simple and easy recipe for making keto self rising flour. Mix and store to use in recipes like cakes, biscuits, dough and more!

    Ingredients
      

    • 3 cups keto bread flour we used Scotty's bread flour
    • 1 tbsp baking powder
    • ½ tsp salt

    Instructions
     

    • In a bowl, stir together ingredients. Store flour in an airtight container. Use in recipes calling for self rising or self raising flour.
