hi and thank you for posting his recipe I have yet to try it my question is my keto flower rather keto bread flour has four net carbs per one fourth cup measurement and your recipe for the keto bread flour it indicates 36 carbohydrates and only one gram of fiber versus if I'm using King Arthur keto bread flour it states four carbs well you get the message is this carbohydrates you have listed is it for the full three cups because the ingredient I imagine that you're posting is for Scotty's bread flour so they must be a difference in the carbohydrate value if you could answer that question I would greatly appreciate it as do I want to try to get the correct amount of carbohydrate intake I will be getting first lice on my loaf of bread thank you so kindly

I'm not sure what the carbohydrate difference would be for each bread flour. I know Apple has a nutrition label calculator and WebMD has a food calculator that you could plug in your specific flour and it will give you the carbs per serving. Hopefully that helps!
