    Purple Smoothie Time!

This powerhouse of a drink is packed with antioxidants, vitamins, and fiber, making it a perfect choice for a healthy and satisfying snack or meal replacement.

My kids are terrible about eating their fruits and veggies, I like to sneak a little more into their food. I found these MegaFood Kids Nutrient Booster Powders to be great for doing that. MegaFoods is a pioneer in the natural products industry and was one of the first companies to start making their vitamins and minerals from scratch using farm fresh whole foods.

These booster powders can be slipped into anything making it easy for kids to get the nutrients they need. We put them into our Purple People Eater Smoothie, but they are completely OPTIONAL!

what's not optional is serving this drink with some delicious blackberry donuts.
