Today I'm helping you out by providing a free month of meals calendar that includes breakfast, lunch, dinner and desserts that are five ingredients or less and gluten and dairy free!

The simpler the meal plan, the easier it is to follow (and usually make!) if your New Year's resolution is to save money, or simply make your own meals instead of eating out.... going with a simplified, minimal ingredient list is the best way to to do that!
gluten free and dairy free
since our website is gluten free, I also opted to make this meal plan dairy free as well for those with dual allergies. In the future I'll include other meal plans fit for those with other allergies or singular allergies.

most meals plans often contain a month of dinners or breakfasts but rarely do they include breakfast, lunch, dinner and a few desserts!
