Can't resist sweet treats? Satisfy your craving without sacrificing your health goals with this two ingredient brownie recipe made with Naked Nutrition Protein Brownie Mix!

Gluten Free Brownies with Just Two Ingredients?

Looking for an easy way to make delicious and nutritious brownies without the guilt? Try this two ingredient brownie recipe made with Naked Nutrition Protein Brownie Mix! Not only is it healthy, but it's also simple to prepare and packed full of flavor.

We use a lot of Naked Nutrition products because they taste great and are gluten free. I also have a son playing football and track and it's a great way to get some extra protein AND a post workout treat in!

Some of our other Naked Nutrition treats include:

    • Protein Powder Pancakes
    • Protein Energy Bites
    • Hot Cocoa Pancakes

    Gather Your Ingredients

Start by gathering your ingredients: Naked Nutrition Brownie Mix and water. That's it! It's so simple to make a delicious tasting gluten free brownie!

Preheat your oven to 350 degrees

Preheat your oven to 350 degrees and lightly grease an 8-inch by 8-inch baking pan. Grease it with a little oil, cooking spray or butter, then line it with parchment paper or aluminum foil so the brownies don’t stick after they’re cooked. Now you're ready to make your two ingredient brownies!

Mix the Ingredients in a Bowl

Now you are going to want to mix the ingredients together in a bowl. First shake your brownie mix container to evenly distribute the chocolate chips. Then mix 5 servings (approximately 265g) of brownie mix with 6-7 fluid ounces of water. Mix the brownie mix well. You will want it to reach the consistency of a frosting glaze. Then pour the mix into the pan. use a spatula to smooth out the top of the mixture, making sure it is evenly distributed throughout the dish.

Time to Bake Your Gluten Free Brownies!

Place your brownies into the oven and bake at 350 degrees for 20-25 minutes. Remove from the oven and allow to cool for approximately five minutes before serving.

Cut the pan into 12 servings.

Can I Use a Different Brownie Mix?

It's always best to use a brownie mix according to package directions.

    Can I Use Protein Powder?

This recipe doesn't use protein powder, it uses a protein powder brownie mix. So substituting regular protein powder probably won't work.

Is Naked Nutrition Brownie Mix Gluten Free?

    Yes it is gluten free!

    Can I Add an Egg?

You can add an egg to the mix but it isn't required in the recipe.

Does Naked Nutrition Contain Whey Protein?

    yes, it contains whey protein.

This was a paid collaboration with Naked Nutrition. The opinion of the product are my own.

The background features a weathered wood texture, adding to the casual, homemade aesthetic.
