    Making a mango protein smoothie

My stepdaughter created this recipe. She threw in the frozen mangoes into a cup and found some juice I had in the refrigerator and threw that in too. The combination was amazing!

It's sweet, has a strong mango flavor and has become one of our favorite morning smoothies by adding a scoop of protein powder to it.

This is a perfect and easy recipe for mango lovers who love mango in everything from salad, dessert, main dishes, appetizers, and ice cream.

    FAQ

You might have some questions while making your mango protein smoothie. Here are some answers!

Can I use fresh mango instead of frozen?

Yes, you can use fresh mango, but the smoothie may be thinner. To thicken it, add a few ice cubes or freeze the mango chunks before blending.

What if I don't have protein powder?

You can still make a nutritious smoothie without protein powder. You can add some Greek yogurt or silken tofu.

Can I add supplements to the smoothie?

Absolutely! Feel free to add supplements like collagen powder, chia seeds, flaxseeds, or superfood powders to enhance the nutritional value.
