Grilled chicken breasts are placed on a bed of lettuce, then your favorite ingredients like mango, avocado, cheese and more are added! (Gluten free, dairy free option, soy free, nut free, coconut free option)

Seasoning your chicken mango salad
What should you season your chicken with? Pretty much anything you like! I used Stovetop Yum's Holy Mango to keep with the mango theme. But really any type of seasoning works great! I've used a spicy blend and have even just forgotten to put seasoning on before!

Nothing is better in the summer than a good salad, right?
Gluten Free Chicken Mango Salad
Ingredients
- 1-2 lb chicken tenders seasoning optional
- 4 cups shredded lettuce
- 2 cups assorted toppings
Instructions
- Grill chicken tenders until thoroughly cooked.
- While the chicken is cooking, assemble the salad. First layer the lettuce, then add toppings. Place cooked chicken on top then drizzle with desired dressing. Serve.
