These amazing delicious rolls are from the Utah based restaurant Magleby's that made them famous. I suggest if you go to make sure you get some of their chocolate cake, or go for breakfast and enjoy the French toast and buttermilk syrup! These rolls pair perfectly with our Olive Garden crockpot chicken, or some ranch grilled chicken.

No it's not a typo when you see the ingredient list. There is an unconventional ingredient you will need to make these garlic dinner rolls. But it will make them taste amazing!

- Mayonaise
- Garlic Powder
- Butter
- Parsley (optional)

- Step 2: dip the top half of each frozen bread ball into each bowl in this order: mayo, butter, and then cheese mixture.
- Step 3: Place the coated roll onto a baking sheet, cheese mixture side facing up.

Substitutions
You may want to make some substitutions so you can enjoy for diet or other dietary preferences.
- Gluten free: You can use gluten free bread dough. Wholly Wholesome is one of the few frozen pizza dough's I've found that I can use in this recipe. thaw the dough and roll it into rolls.
- Vegan and Dairy free: You will want to substitute vegan mayonaise and dairy free grated parmesan and butter.
Variations
If you go to Magleby's you will notice that their rolls have more of an oval shape. To get that authentic oval-rectangle shape, you can thaw the rolls and shape them before dipping and rising on the baking sheet. Image courtesy Magleby's restaurant.
Equipment
Make sure to prepare a greased and floured baking sheet for the rolls to rise on. Additionally, have some plastic wrap ready—spray it with cooking spray before covering the rolls to prevent it from sticking.
Storage
Place leftovers in an airtight container and store at room temperature for up to 2 days. Reheat in the oven at 350°F (175°C) for 5-7 minutes for a fresh-baked feel.
You can also freeze the fully baked rolls in a resealable freezer bag for up to 1 month. Reheat directly from frozen in a 350°F oven for 8-10 minutes.
FAQ

My go to roll! These come out perfect everytime. I've substituted the gluten free dough before and it also works great! They don't rise quite as high but they taste amazing!
