Happy April Fool's Day! Today I'm sharing an oldie but goodie recipe for you. This simple recipe is only THREE ingredients.
No joke.
And it's no joke because I'm not the biggest fan of April Fool's Day. The kids spend all day trying to pull pranks on me. Everywhere I turn in the house the kids will pop out behind doors to scare me. I'll bite into a sandwich and find they put some weird ingredient in it. And then there are all the pranks they try to pull on each other. Tears flow ALL DAY LONG because someone takes a joke too far and the other sibling gets their feelings hurt. By the end of the day my patience begins to wear a little bit thin and I am DONE with April Fool's Day.
But this meal is simple and easy and takes me under five minutes to make. I love using PopChips or Food Should Taste Good chips or plain old tortilla chips when I make this.
