These pizza sticks don't come with the tiny table but they pack just as much deliciousness and are fun to dunk in mozzarella sauce!
Only a few ingredients are needed for this amazingly easy recipe including:
- Self rising flour
- Yogurt
- Sugar
- Cheese
- Pepperoni and Pizza Sauce (optional)

Substitutions
We get that sometimes you're going to need some substitutions to fit your dietary needs. This recipe is easily adaptable no matter what your dietary needs! The recipe is already nut free and soy free but you can make it gluten free and dairy free too!
- Self rising flour: Check out our keto self rising flour recipe or gluten free rising flour recipe to use in recipes calling for self rising flour.
- Yogurt: Typically, greek yogurt is best but you can use a dairy free yogurt if you need to. It works great!
- Sugar: Yes, you can use a substitute like Miss Jones Smart Sugar or good old granulated sugar.
- Cheese: Dairy free cheese works here too!
- Pepperoni: We like using the pepperoni bits but you can also quarter regular pepperonis.
- Pizza sauce: This is optional, and for some of my kids it's a must have and others opt to not have it.
School Lunch Pizza Sticks
Looking for an easy lunch for school? We get it! My kids LOVE these cold or you can heat them up in the morning and stick them in their Thermos and they stay warm until lunch time!
Storage
It's SO simple an easy to store your pizza sticks. Just place cooked and cooled pizza sticks in an airtight Ziploc container in the freezer for up to one month, or in the fridge in an airtight container for a couple of days.

Easy Pizza Sticks
Ingredients
- 1 ¾ cup self rising flour see notes for gluten free and keto self rising flour recipes
- 1 cup greek yogurt see notes for substitutions
- 1 teaspoon sugar
- 2 cups shredded cheese
- ½ cup pepperoni bites
- 1 cup mozzarella sauce
Instructions
- Mix together the flour, greek yogurt and sugar to form a ball. Divide the dough into approximately 8 balls.
- Roll each dough piece into a rope approximately ¼-1/2 inch thick. Cut in half, then twist.
- Brush dough with water then roll in pepperoni and cheese. Place dough on a lightly greased cookie sheet.
- While you are rolling dough, preheat oven to 350 degrees. Once all dough is arranged on the cookie sheet, bake at 350 degrees for 15-20 minutes, or until pizza dough is lightly browned and cheese is melted.
- Remove from oven, serve pizza sticks with warm marinara pizza sauce.
