    Five Ingredient Watermelon Salsa

    Grab a chip then dunk it into a bowl of fresh watermelon salsa filled with watermelon, jalapeno, red onion, lime and cilantro! It tastes delicious on tacos, burritos and with tortilla chips. (Gluten free, dairy free, soy free, nut free, egg free, vegan, vegetarian)

    Ingredients

    Looking for a super simple ingredient list? You only need a few ingredients including:

    • Diced watermelon
    • Jalapeno
    • Red onion
    • Lime juice
    • Cilantro

    Making Watermelon Salsa

    It will take a few minutes to get the salsa all diced. After everything is diced it will take a couple of minutes to pull the entire recipe together!

    First dice the watermelon, jalapeno and red onion.

    Then add it to a bowl and stir in your lime juice and cilantro.

    Add a little salt and pepper to taste if you'd like!

    Serving Your Salsa

    Watermelon salsa is a very versatile recipe and can be served in a variety of different ways!

    • Top on tacos or burritos
    • Serve with tortilla chips
    • Enjoy as a dessert with cinnamon tortilla chips!
    • Enjoy with pita bread
    • Slather some brie cheese on toasted bread and top with salsa

    Storing Watermelon Salsa

    You can store your salsa in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to three days.

    Ingredients
      

    • 2 cups watermelon, petitely diced
    • 1 whole jalapeno, seeded and petite diced
    • ¼ cup red onion, petitely diced
    • 1 whole lime, juiced
    • 1 cup fresh cilantro, chopped
    • Salt and pepper, to taste optional

    Instructions
     

    • First dice the watermelon, jalapeno and red onion.
    • Then add it to a bowl and stir in your lime juice and cilantro.
    • Add salt and pepper if desired.
