Making Watermelon Salsa
It will take a few minutes to get the salsa all diced. After everything is diced it will take a couple of minutes to pull the entire recipe together!
First dice the watermelon, jalapeno and red onion.
Then add it to a bowl and stir in your lime juice and cilantro.
Add a little salt and pepper to taste if you'd like!

- 2 cups watermelon, petitely diced
- 1 whole jalapeno, seeded and petite diced
- ¼ cup red onion, petitely diced
- 1 whole lime, juiced
- 1 cup fresh cilantro, chopped
- Salt and pepper, to taste optional
Instructions
