It's winter time and the slow cooker gets a workout this time of year. One of my husband's favorite sandwiches is the french dip sandwich.
This slow cooker french dip sandwich is easy and simple to make and takes very little effort on my part to make.
I love it for a simple weekday meal or a nice Sunday dinner. Cooking the meat in the slow cooker makes it nice and tender and toasting the bread gives it that crispy taste you want. It's very easy and adaptable. We serve it with a salad and call it good.
